Sweet Italian Skillet Chicken Breast
- chicken breast halves
- Wishbone Robust Italian Dressing Mix
- 3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1/4 teaspoon minced dried onions
- 1/4 teaspoon ground garlic
Rinse and pat dry desired amount of chicken breast. Mix Robust Italian Dressing Mix with water, oil, apple cider vinegar, dried minced onions and garlic. Spray skillet with non-stick spray. Heat to medium. Shake dressing and drizzle over bottom of chicken breast.
Put dressing side down and cook 5 minutes, checking to make certain chicken does not burn with each turn. Drizzle dressing over top while cooking. Flip over and add more dressing, cooking another 5 minutes. Drizzle and flip after 5 minutes. Flip and drizzle again and cook another 3 to 5 minutes, until chicken breast is no longer pink inside. Top with additional dressing or pan drippings. Enjoy!
