Simple 15 Minute Chicken Noodle Soup

I’m sick.  My twins are sick.  The house is a mess.  We are tired.  We are fussy.  We are hungry and it’s time to cook, as fast as I can so we can all crawl back into bed, eat and watch tv.  My go to is usually Chicken and Noodle Soup.  It is delicious and cooks in 15 minutes…could you possibly ask for a more simple, quick and delicious meal?

You can certainly add diced potatoes, onions, celery, carrots, garlic….to cook quickly in the soup.  I just wasn’t feeling it.   Canned or frozen vegetables would work well.   Use seasoned broth.   Fresh or dehydrated herbs would be great.  Play around and find your favorite flavors.  This is a base to build on, plain and simple.  For us it was great…just as it is.   And, if you will notice, I didn’t even add chicken.  Yes, I was that tired.
