You are going to love these little pies! I just know you are! My hubby could have eaten all of them if I hadn’t taken them away so my boys could have one, also. You can make these in mini pie pans, use mini pie presses or cut and crimp.
Mini Apple Cinnamon Roll Pies
- makes 4 mini pies
- 1 8 count tube Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls, regular size and any flavor
- 1-21 oz can apple pie filling, or your favorite
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Roll cinnamon rolls on a lightly floured surface until thin and doubled in size. Spray mini pans, cookie sheet and/or mini pie press, if using. Lay cinnamon roll dough inside mini pans or pie press. Fill with 1/4 can pie filling.
Roll out a second cinnamon roll and place on top of filling. Fold the edges under the top of the bottom crust, pinching to seal, if using pie pans, as you go around the pan. Press to seal if using pie press. Or, cut with a 4″ cutter, fill, top and crimp with a fork. Put on baking sheet and cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly brown and set. Top with icing from cinnamon rolls. Enjoy!
