I cooked on my ceramic stovetop, in the oven and on the grill with wonderful results. I have used my skillet to start a simple Tomato Soup, make Roasted Rosemary Turnip Roots, fry bacon and eggs on the grill on a crisp Sunday morning, make tortilla pizzas for three hungry boys on a fun family Friday night.
