We had this Fresh Asiago and Mini Pepperoni Bread for pizza night last week. It was amazing using Authentic Fresh Asiago Cheese PDO, I received in a sample from a Asiago Cheese Consortium.
Fresh Asiago Pepperoni Beer Bread
3 cups all purpose flour
3 Tablespoons sugar
4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 oz. beer…your preference
1 1/4 to 1/2 cups Authentic Fresh Asiago Cheese
1 cup mini pepperoni slices
Directions:
Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Toss in 1 cup Asiago Cheese and pepperoni to coat. Stir beer in just until mixed. Spread in 11×7″ pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes (check 5 minutes earlier to see if done), remove from oven and top with remaining Asiago Cheese. Return to oven 2 to 4 minutes until melted. Enjoy!!!
