Double Chocolate Sour Cream Bread

1 – 1/2 cup King Arthur all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup Nestle Cocoa
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
3 eggs
1 cup Daisy Sour Cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup Nestle Special Dark Chocolate Chips or your favorite, chopped fine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Spray 9×5 loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.  Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and Nestle Cocoa.  Remove 2 Tablespoons and toss with finely chopped Nestle Dark Chocolate Chips, put aside.

Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.  Add vanilla and eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.  Alternately add flour and sour cream, mix well.  Sir in chocolate chips.  Put batter in prepared loaf pan.  Cook 45 to 55 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.  Cool in pan on cooling rack 15 minutes.

Remove from pan and cool completely.  Top with powdered sugar, whipped topping and fresh fruit or ganache.  Enjoy!
