Cheddar Chicken Strips

I was looking for something to cook for supper last night.   I found chicken breast and My Boys little fishy crackers. I thought I would try something new.   The boys really liked it and ate every bit of it.  😀

Cheddar Chicken Strips

2 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast cut in strips

1/2 cup (that’s all I had) finely crushed little cheddar fishes or other cheddar crackers 

1 cup plain bread crumbs

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon coarse ground garlic with parsley

2 eggs

2 tablespoons milk

Preheat oven to 375 

Grease cookie sheet

Beat eggs and milk together.

Put fishy crumbs, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and garlic in a bowl.

Dip chicken strips in egg, then in crumbs and place on cookie sheet. 

Cook for 10 minutes and turn over.  Cook another 5-10 minutes.
