Frozen Coffee Cups…Tastes Like Starbucks On A Stick Also Fantastic as a Coffee Slushee

I have recently discovered the great flavor of Iced Coffee!  Where has this great tasting coffee been?  Where have I been?

My Boys like coffee or rather milk with a splash of coffee.  Since they love coffee, I thought this would be a great afternoon treat for all of us.  For the adults…take the Frozen Coffee Cups out before they are completely frozen for a GREAT Coffee Slushee!

This tastes like Starbucks Ice Cream to me.   I hope you enjoy this….We do!  I’d love to hear what you think.

Frozen Coffee Cups
I started with Home Brewed Coffee from my friend Christy Jordan’s Southern Plate.
To Make Iced Coffee
1 cup of ground coffee beans to 32 oz of water and let sit 8 hours or overnight, or however long you can stand to wait within a decent amount of time. I just use the ground coffee I have on hand.  😀

Frozen Coffee Cups

1 cup of Home Brew *recipe above*
2 cups of Water
1/2 cup of Condensed Sweetened Milk

Give a couple of whirls in a blender or just stir hard with a whisk.
Pour into 8 5 oz cups (I made 6 full 5 oz cups)
Freeze for an hour or until a craft stick will stay in place
Freeze until completely set
Adults…take out before completely frozen for a Fantastic Coffee Slushee

You can also take out of freezer before completely set and eat it with a spoon!  YUM!
